Meet Ivette
Over the span of 32 years, I've had the honor of devoting my career to the medical field. It all began in 1990 when I relocated to Naples and joined the team at Naples Community Hospital, now known as the Baker Center. My initial role involved managing orders for numerous physicians across different hospital floors as a secretary. As time passed, I became an integral part of the team responsible for the launch of the Shick Heart Center. From 1996 to 1998, I worked in the open-heart recovery room, and subsequently, I transitioned into the operating room as an autotransfusionist, serving in that capacity until 2001.
Following this phase of my career, I aligned myself with a local physician who had recently established a practice in the area. For a remarkable 18 years, I applied my business expertise to contribute to the success of the practice, which originally centered on Internal Medicine. Over time, we transformed it into a thriving concierge practice, a transition in which my role was pivotal.
In recognition of the ever-evolving landscape of medical regulations, protocols, and processes, I have consistently attended training sessions to ensure that both my team and I are equipped with the latest tools and knowledge to deliver the highest level of professionalism and service.
In 2020, a new opportunity arose when I was offered the position of business administrator at a med spa. It was then that I realized my true passion lay in this field. Despite obtaining my degree as an esthetician in New Jersey quite some time ago, I had never expected to use it again. However, I have continually kept up with the latest developments and furthered my education.
Today, my purpose, passion, and commitment revolve around your sustained health and well-being, as well as ensuring your complete satisfaction with our services. I am both thankful and excited to have the opportunity to work alongside Margarita Brodskaya, my business partner. Knowing Margarita for some time, I recognized that we shared similar business goals, which led us to embark on this venture together, giving birth to All About You Med Spa. I eagerly look forward to serving you for many years to come.

Meet Margarita
I've dedicated 25 years of my life as a Registered Nurse, providing care and education to my patients. However, deep down, I always knew I wanted to do more. My passion for beauty drove me to pursue a dream: opening a Med Spa. I understood that this journey wouldn't be easy, but I was prepared for the challenge.
To make my dream a reality, I made the decision to further my education and become a Nurse Practitioner. The road was tough, but I was fueled by my clear goal. Eventually, I graduated with a Master of Science in Nursing and became a Family Nurse Practitioner.
Shortly after obtaining my FNP license, I was introduced to Ivette Hernandez, an exceptional Esthetician and a dear friend. We shared a common passion for beauty, and it was clear that we could make a great team. That's how All About You Med Spa came into being. We are fully committed to our customers and determined to meet and exceed all their expectations.
